Processing your Order

We aim to process orders on the day they arrive where possible, and failing that, on the next working day.

Processing consists of handling the payment and checking our production schedule to determine the likely date of despatch. We contact the customer at this point to advise the likely despatch date.

For treasure hunts and mystery tours it can typically take 1 to 2 weeks from order processing to despatch depending on the order, season and workload - plus time for delivery. If you are in urgent need we offer a Fast Track option (see below). It is always best to call us first if you have urgent requirements. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Choose a delivery option

We offer a simple fixed tariff structure for handling, packing and postage, irrespective of the size of your order.

When you order online, please choose one of the following shipping methods from the drop down box in the Shopping Basket:

Royal Mail 2nd class - FREE

This applies to items shipped to UK addresses. Once we despatch the goods you should allow up to 4 working days for delivery by Royal Mail. If you need your items earlier, please choose another shipping method or call us.

Next Day Delivery

This applies to gift vouchers only shipped to UK addresses. We will deliver your gift voucher by the next working day for orders received before 1300 UK time. Orders received after 1300 UK time will be delivered on the second working day after the order was placed. Next Day Delivery costs £5 plus VAT.

Fast Track service

This applies to treasure hunts shipped to UK addresses. Fast Track gives your order priority in the production process and includes faster delivery enabling you to receive your order within 5 working days of placing it. Note that orders after 1300 UK time on any day will count as having been received on the next working day. Fast Track costs £50 plus VAT.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfill the order within these timescales you will be advised immediately after order to discuss alternative options or receive a full refund of monies paid.

Courier

Should you require faster delivery of your order we offer a courier service on request. Note that this applies to delivery only, not treasure hunt production. Please call us for details.

Air Mail

This applies to items shipped outside the UK.
